Hi there, I've been searching (Google) on how to setup a server for my sharing internet connection. This is because when someone in my network starts downloading, my internet connection will be very slow. So I would like to make a server where I can monitor the speeds and control it from my pc. I read this tutorial in this thread (http://www.geekstogo...ing-windows-xp/) but can I control the speed limit for everyone that is in my network? If there are any tutorial on how to do this step-by-step that would be awesome.

Thanks in advance.
