KB2553065 keeps installing (14 times)

I have turned off automatic updates because every time I reboot, Win7 tells me it has a new update to install. I looked at the log and it shows KB2553065 32bit being installed 14 times in the past 3 days. I run a 64bit system so I don't know why that particular update is being installed. Any ideas why it would keep installing KB2553065 over and over?

Thanks for any ideas you have on this.
