Have you checked Device Manager for any other issues?

Please Go to

1: START and the click on RUN
2: Type in devmgmt.msc
3: Click Enter


To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard. It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
Now go to Start and then to All Programs
Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop

Did you install the motherboard chipset driver or what is commonly called the smbus driver?

No I couldnt, coz I dont have the drivers and I couldnt find them. Was ashamed of asking more and more help from you. Please help if you have.

Hi. I have downloaded the sp40431.exe from one of the links, and upon running installation, it says "Trusted Platform Module could not be found" and it aborts the operation. What next?

Yes I tried the other one too, but it just goes to Mediafire but there is no link for downloading the file.
