With reformatting do I have to reinstall my DVD drives ? And motherboard?

No it will just be windows and any programmes, the drives and motherboard will not be touched

okay this error popped up when it crashed ?? again

0X0000007E (OXC000000J,OXB8A53CABC,OXB855FA4,OXB855F0) when i turned it on and opened a file ??

and whenit restarted this

it crashed again when i did a defrag ? stop: (0X0000003,0X89253DA0,0X892F3F14,0X805D29B4)
