Hi,

I am puru from India.

Recently bought an iphone 3gs and installed it on my lenovo laptop with win xp os.

The installation of I tunes went on well but then on trying to access Itunes Store it does not allow me to access the itunes store.

I have tried 5 solutions.

1.uninstalled and installed Itunes alongwith quicktime apple updater apple mobile and bojourn multiple times.
2. cleared the dns through command prompt
3. did the parent control check uncheck on itunes u
4. also tried the
5. and then tried to do it on another desktop with win xp

but could not access the itunes stores.

I have also run the Itunes diagnostics.

It appears that you were able to connect from what the last line says. I am no expert, but how long did you wait for the store to "load in"? I am running a slow DSL connection and the iTunes store loads very slowly (several minutes) even though I am connected. I know this doesn't help much. Hopefully someone else can offer more help.
