I keep getting this error at startup please help

OK a different way - go to control panel and select view
Select large icons
Once the icons appear then select folder options
Select view and then select hide system folders

Its running fine now, there are no errors and my Windows Sidebar works again.
Thanks for all your help. If I have any problems in the future this will be the first place I will come.
