Hi,

It's a Malware file probably getting reloaded on every re-start of the computer common. I'm going to suggest you follow the directions at the link below and post to the Malware removal forum. Please provide a link to this thread so the helper has a clue as to what exactly has been done already. Don't make any changes to the computer or try to fix this on your own. Here is link for Malware forum,
http://www.geekstogo...cleaning-guide/

Before you go,so maybe we can see what else is going on,

At a command prompt ENTER:
netsh winsock show catalog >C:\lsp.txt
You can copy and paste the code above right into the black command prompt window. Post the text that it generates please.

Sorry we could not resolve this here.
  • post the .dll file name that you're seeing.
  • post the log generated from the command given above.

Be patient in the Malware forum as they can be very busy.
Thanks zep516

Sorry about that. Click start > open Computer formally My Computer, from the start menu. When Computer opens double click "C" Local disk" you should see the file lsp.txt listed, double click it and it will open. Copy and paste it to a reply. You will have 3 of them probably since you ran it 3 times.

Parental controls can block the internet. Do you know anything about the parental controls that maybe set on this computer?

We at Geeks to Go! do not offer help to people trying to get around parental control, or otherwise intentionally placed locks.
