I really need to have the exact file path for this file.

Because when I scripted this entry out nothing got removed.

C:\Documents and Settings\Master\My Documents\My Videos\The Sopranos-Lawn bussiness

I can try giving you a wildcard script to run to try and remove it.

Try this;

OTL Fix

We need to run an OTL Fix
  • Please reopen Posted Image on your desktop.
  • Copy and Paste the following code into the Posted Image textbox.
    :Services

  • Push Posted Image
  • OTL may ask to reboot the machine. Please do so if asked.
  • Click the OK button.
  • A report will open. Copy and Paste that report in your next reply.
  • If the machine reboots, the log will be located at C:\_OTL\MovedFiles\mmddyyyy_hhmmss.log, where mmddyyyy_hhmmss is the date of the tool run.

It is present but now it shows that it is 0 kb and it was 670 mb size. Tnx anyway. Btw that problem that I complained about my mouse not working properly and difficulties with shutting down is because my thermal reservoir heater had a bad earthing and made some sparkles from time to time. I hope it didnt damaged my hard drive.

I have problem when I write something on fb chat or here on forum. When I write it happens often that my letter tipper(pointer bar that blinks) transfere itself randomly somewhere else on earlier written text. It is quite annoying.

I think that I dont have any more viruses or problems for now. I have it a lot on my old pc. And I will contact U soon. Thank U very much for your effort and help. I must admit that I was skeptical in first that you r some evil hacker. I am glad that I took my chance. Cheers!

Hello,

The internal components of a computer are not really my area of specialty. I'm going to see if I can get a member of our tech team who is more familiar with the internal components of a computer to step in and see if they can answer some of your questions/concerns. Please hang tight, someone should be replying to this thread with a response to your questions.

Kindest Regards,
ST.

lets see if speedfan will give us more info...get it here
run it and post a screenshot...

for the cursor jumping around..
try this...
go to the control panel...mouse...pointer options...uncheck ...enhance pointer precision...this usually fixes cursor creep

also can you confirm the free space for your drives/partitions please...
if this is correct you will have all kinds of random issues...
below is what one of the first few posts showed

Drive C: | 48,83 Gb Total Space | 1,29 Gb Free Space | 2,63% Space Free | Partition Type: NTFS
Drive D: | 100,21 Gb Total Space | 2,02 Gb Free Space | 2,02% Space Free | Partition Type: NTFS
Drive F: | 682,61 Mb Total Space | 0,00 Mb Free Space | 0,00% Space Free | Partition Type: CDFS

I already said that I am 100% positive that malfunction with mouse is conected with bad termo acumulation furnace that I have in my room. Every time that start to work it seems it gives small electrical shock to my comp. Electrician should fix that problem soon. Mouse stop with working. It is not a big problem but I am scared that this shock can damage physicaly my hard drive. I didnt ran what you posted because I have problem with removing avira from my comp since trial expired. there is no any uninstal option as far as i know. Pls help. And also free space on c(system) partition is 368mb and on D is 5,23 gb

you need at least 15% free space on each drive or partition...20% should be considered the maximum fill
so move some things to dvd or external hard drive

but I am scared that this shock can damage physicaly my hard drive

spikes and surges can kill all the components in your computer...not just the drive
so turn off the termo acumulation furnace while your using your computer

Ok I will try to liberate it, just before I download link U gave me I need to instal antivirus since 1 month trial of Avira expired. I dont see any where how to uninstal it. I already had problem and didnt solve it yet with nOd 32. I removed it using control panel (add or remove..) and it dindt liberate me 5 gb of memory it took in first place. So any way if I want to liberate c partition I need to remove that space that is used for nothing and of course to find apropriate av protection.
