I'm still working on my issue to reinstall Sonic. I've searched for answers and tried what was suggested and still haven't been successful.

Also to clarify this software was included with my system.

I've attached snapshots what the issues are and what I've tried so far ... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

N, I did see these links and they didn't help. However, I finally found the resolution on a HP site and got the issue resolved. See attachments of snapshots.
