Is it normal to have 'My Documents' twice on a computer?

Hi there I was wondering if it's ok/normal for a computer to have 'My Documents' twice? It's there under 'My Computer' & again under 'Dell's Documents', both exactly the same, photo's & everything. It is running very slow, & I get the Blue Screen of Death occasionally, & I wondered if this may be slowing things down?
