Hey forum, I will explain as good as I can.

I am looking for some software/hardware that will allow me to input multiple audio signals, that I can then switch via the computer monitor to change what is being sent where..

Eg,

I have 3 different audio signals coming out of the computer. I also have 1 audio from a DVD player and another Audio signal coming from MySki.
Normally each Audio zone would get sent direct to each area of the building (Restaurant, Bar, Bathroom, Smoking room and Kitchen).
However what I would like to achieve is to be able to select the audio output, and then select where I want that sent to.

So I could choose Audio 01 - Restaurant, Audio 02 - Bar, MySki Audio to the smoking room.
But then I would like to change Audio 02 to be sent to the Restaurant as well as the Bar. And then swap the MySki Audio with the DVD Audio.

All of that being done from drop down boxes etc

Now I know this does exist, I was recently at a trade show where this was demonstrated to me. However I do not any further information on it so have started the google process to see what I can come up with.

Any Audio techs around?
