I have created a form to email to employees so that they may provide me with 360 feedback on their peers. I obviously want them to be able to input their comments on the form, and then email it back to me. However, I also want to protect the form so that they will not be able to save it for their own use (thereby being able to modify it).

Question - how to I accomplish both objectives? It seems if I protect the form they can't save it and email it back to me.

thanks!
