Windows XP Dell Inspiron 2200 suddenly became extremely slow for all functionality. Have run malware and security scans and CCleaner. Still unable to get to a normal speed. Please help! Thanks

Usually when a computer suddenly becomes extremely slow for all functionality it's often Malware related. Perhaps the scans you ran were unable to find the malware even though it may be there. I can only suggest starting a topic in our Malware removal forum. See link below.
