After removing some still adware(etc) left..

This morning my malware protectors (microsoft Anti-spyware and norton antivirus) both symultaneously went at it blocking a huge amount of stuff flooding in from a site I must have visited (dont know which one, i clicked on a link for norton intellegent updator, and next thing i know this is happening). However, it cant be from nortons site so it prob wasnt that.

to make a long story short, they both went crazy trying to delete two trojans and tons of spy/adware.

As you know they dont find everything, so i then ran adaware se, spy bot search and destroy, and spyware doctor (yes I have all these lol).

Each one did its part: adaware fixed over 100 things, spybot 1 (hot.search.bar), and spyware doctor over 140 things.

After all this my computer (state of the art, on month old, custom built, fast as lightning) is struggeling on the interenet, has slower than normal page loads, when clicking javascript pop-ups links the load of the pop up is extremely slow, and when openning a link in new window the page loads extremely slow.

Heres what i can tell you:

(1) I have the adware that puts green links on webpages and when the mouse goes over it the status bar says "Sponsored Link".

(2) Along with the green links in the webpages, pop up ads pop up starting with 69.42.87.221 in the address bar then redirect to a random website.

(3) I found a file called "nsl468.dll" in my system 32 folder that is a Winb2s32 Module and it wont delete.

(4) I dont know how to run my computer in safe mode, pressing F8 when the computer is booting doesnt work for me.

My questions are how can I get my computer FREE of all that malware i talked about and just a random question, why are there so many svchost.exe running?

I deleted the "nsl468.dll" file, no green links since i did that :tazz: Problem still: when I go to any site (for instance, I tried bestbuy.com) it will randomly pause on a page with an IP address in the address bar. the page takes forever to load.

This was the most recent IP: http://208.185.92.231/index2.html

Comp still a little slower than usual, do you see anything in the log?
