freezes up and not responding

hello there just woundered if any body would be able to help me out please

when im surfing the web it gose slow. and freezes on pages and it says not responding in brackets on the bar where you minimize the page. and if im on a page with videos it freezes for a couple minutes and wont even let me move the curser

just woundered if any body could help thank you

i have a acer aspire 5532

amd athlon 64 processor 15.6 hd lcd

tf-20 (1.6 ghz) 3 gb memory

ati radeon hd3200 graphics 250 gd hdd

upto 1408mb hyper memory

Download CCLEANER the link below:

Just DONT us the registry cleaner function of CCleaner unless you know what you are deleting exactly!!

Then open ccleaner hit the tools button then startup second one down below uninstall then in the bottom right hand corner of ccleaner hit save to text file.Save it to your desktop and post the startup.txt here in your next reply.Also hit start run then type msconfig then hit the services tab then hit put a check mark in hide microsoft services what is listed there,after disabling microsoft services?

i did the disabling microsoft services and it come up with a list of things and the status of some of them said stopped and running but i dont have a clue what im looking for :S any chance of help along them lines?

After completing the above task then Please download TFC by Old Timer and save it to your desktop.

Save any unsaved work. TFC will close ALL open programs including your browser!
Double-click on TFC.exe to run it.If TFC doesnt prompt a reboot then please do so manually.

Then please download autoruns and run it right click and delete every entry that reads file not found.

Save it to your desktop unzip it and run it.

Uninstall avg then run the avg removal tool found in the link below.(Avg is crap)

Then download Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials
