I've been reading up on this for a bit and have seen similar issues been discussed, but the guys that have the problems seem like they know what they're doing with a computer.
I've followed a few steps but have hit snags when it gets too technical, like when i get the OTL.Txt files....what should i do with those??? I've even got a Combofix file, which doesnt mean didly to me??? I'll attach them to the thread...and...
