Appears to be a damaged install of Roxio. Have you tried reinstalling it?
Look in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\Certificates8 (They probably have a bigger number than 8 there now). Do you see a file that looks like: emc9.rxc ?
Again the number may be different. This is supposed to be the Certificate that it is looking for.

If you look at a track on an Audio disk (and you are not hiding extensions ... ) you can probably see that it has a .cda extension. Right click on one of the tracks and select Open With and it should offer to open it with Windows Media Player or VLC and probably a couple of others. Choose Windows Media Player and see if it can play it. IF it works, then do it again but check the box where it says use as default. IF you download the latest version of Windows Media Player
http://windows.micro...media-player/11

and install it you should be able to tell it to be the default program for everything it can play. That should get rid of all of the errors like the one you just attached.

When you reinstall Roxio then it will want to be the default program for all it can play.
