It's only showing half of the capacity that should be available, what do I do?

We need more information. What are your system specs? In particular, we the need the brand and model of the motherboard, or the PC if factory built. Are you sure the RAM is compatible? Did you try just the new RAM to see if it works alone?

What OS are you using?
