Hello

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place or if anyone can help but my laptop is running very slow. I don't think it is my Internet connection as I have no problems on my iPhone etc. It's just the laptop which always freezes or crushes - driving me mad! We have a hp pavilion dv6700 notebook pc.

Thanks in advance for any help.
