Mail Folders

I've created folders using my home computer on my email account, and placed various emails in them...for example, one contains my iTunes receipts. However, when I access my email via my iPhone 3GS (running iOS 5), none of them are listed in the 'Folders' menu. I was wondering if there was a way to fix that?
