WINS XP WILL NOT CONNECT TO INTERNET TO DOWNLOAD ..WILL NOT RUN CD OR RESTART FROM DISK..HAVE WENT IN BOIS TO MAKE SURE TO BOOT OFF CDROM FIRST N IT STILL WONT..ALSO I GET NOTHING FROM USB PORTS..N DEVICE MANAGER WINDOW STAY BLANK , NOT SHOWING ANYTHING .. HELP.. SAFE MODE NOTHING . NOTHING FROM SAFEMODE NETWORK
