hi i have a problem and really hope someone can help me my computer is saying that the sounds are working fin i can see when i play music on my computer that itsz play but i cant hear it at all can someone please help me

Hello and

Uninstall your audio driver and reboot hit the windows key and pause at the same time then select device manager scroll down and find your audio driver right click uninstall then reboot!
