css1,

OK, lets go back and do a few things before we proceed.

First go to Start | Run and type: services.msc

Then find this service: SvcProc or System Startup Service
Double-Click on that entry, then do the following.

Choose Stop service if available.
Under Startup Type: choose Disabled

Now launch HJT and go to the Misc Tools Section, under Delete an NT service,
type in SvcProc exactly as it appears, click OK,

Close HJT and reboot, then post back a new HJT log by using Add Reply

Thanks,

css1,
You are running HJT from a temp directory, please run it from the permanent folder you created earlier.

Then post back a new HJT log.

Thanks,

css1,
The HJT log looks much smaller, did you delete any other entries besides the ones I listed?

Can you please run the Findit's program that you saved earlier. You should have saved it to a folder. Run FindIt's.bat post back the results as well as a new HJT log.

Please try not to reboot until I have looked at the logs.

Thanks,
rstones12
