Thanks for your advice and help I will monitor for 24 hrs and advise accordingly tomorrow. Have done the housekeeping as above. :thumbsup:

No problem - this does sometimes happen with a securty programme where a minor update breaks it on some systems. As no two systems are alike

Hi again, have been using now on and off for the last 24hrs with no issues in performance. You were right (not to suggest that you weren't) it was ZA. Installed Mcaffe without any problems at all and not only that I have managed to succesfully upgrade to explorer 9 as this caused me problems a few months back and wouldn't work after switching between user accounts, but spot on now.
