HI, My name is Teresa an I'm having trouble with my incredimail Xe. I keep getting a message Incredimail Tray has stopped working an needs to close. Now my in credimail won't open. I need to configuer my settings but i can't do it since my Incredimail won't open. Can any one please help me? Does any one know what I can do so i can get it open so i can configuer my settings? Please if any one can help. I'm a paying costumer with incredimail, I have incredimail premium an letter creator.
