Can you check in TaskManager and see what 's eating up most of the CPU percentages and the Memory?

Mmmmm. Can you see if hyou still have this file?
C:\WINDOWS\system32\csrs.exe

If so, upload it at TheSpykiller and then rename it to csrs.old until someone has analyzed it.

Nope i dont see it but i see a file called csrsrv.dll?

Malware often mimicks Windows filenames to avoid easy detection.

csrsrv.dll is a normal Windows file.

Let's do some gneral cleaning and see if we can get your computer up to speed again.

Download, install, and run CleanUp!

Download, install and run EasyClean (make sure to backup)

Defragment your disk.

Let us know if that helps.

Ok i tired Cleanup but while doing it it stops and u now how there is an error message of send error or dont send...i get that...

Can you reboot into safe mode and use the DiskCleanup Tool to empty all your Temp folders.

That should make it abit easier for cleanup.
You can run that in safe mode as well by the way.

ok i did that but didnt help it did the same thing but dont worry about it...my norton antivirus was taking up all the process thingy..lol...thanks alot for your help dont no what i would have done without ur help
