I've got a problem with a Google redirect virus, I am using IE9 in Windows 7.
It doesn't happen every time, but for about 1 in every 10 Google search results I click I am redirected to random sites via an advertising site. What is strange is that the sites I am being redirected to are often local businesses around where I live (on one occasion I was redirected to site of the local vets), so I figure the adware is taking note of my location from my IP.
Anyway, so far I have run SuperAntiSpyware, Emisoft Anti-Malware, MalwareBytes' Anti Malware, Trojan Remover... all with no results and nothing detected.
Help!
Many thanks.
edit: might add that I havent been able to detect TDSS.
edit 2: the redirection seems to come in two stages, first of all it takes you to some form of aggregator (usually salarye.net or ex-search.com) and then it immediately redirects you to the final random page.
