I have two computers with Windows Vista (64-bit) on them and neither will run the Windows updates for two weeks now. One computer is a laptop and one is a desktop. Have ran fixes and read all on the microsoft site; did what they said still it doesn't work. Also on both it shows the windows update icon like it's in process of doing the updates on the tool bar; one says 51% and the desktop says 35% but neither change or finish and when removed from task manager they go right back on.

Please help; my laptop has 14 critical updates; I need to get this fixed on our computers.

Thank you!
