So I just bought the netgear n600 wndr3400 router so I could hook my external hard drive up to it to reduce lag when streaming to my laptop. I also just got a new panasonic smart tv that is hooked up to said router, and I want to hook up my xbox360 so that I can stream files from my hard drive to watch on my tv. With the router I have and the hard drive hooked up to it, can I access the files on it via the tv or xbox? The xbox seems to need windows media center to get anything, and I couldnt find a way to access the hard drive through the tv. Any helpful pointers or hints would be appreciated. Thank you.
