double click to run it, it will ask you for administrative rights to continue.

When the Scan is done click File > Save log.

attach the log file in your next post

i dnt know whats the reason but i cant open any of the antivirus site,cant even download an update of it,cant open microsoft site in all these cases Server not found error appear and problem loading page only so i cant download the file which u suggest me any other method?

thnx for mediafire link i extract the file and run it it start but after 12hr still not completed no log file create it looks that computer just hangup.....what to do now????????

You have a file infector infections, usually a complete system reinstall is the solution but we're trying here to remove it to save you the hassle.

Download the attached file, extract it and run it.

thnx for ur right sugession thats me too saying from bigining that i want a proper softwear to completly erase data on my hd...as i formate many time but maleware still there...i dnt mind if complete reinstall buttttt i want something which will remove all data nothing left plzzzzzz instead of recovring method tell me how to completly remove thanx
