browser hijacker

My home page has been reset to res://vlcae.dll/index.html#37794. I have tried various things to reset my home page back to msn, but cannot. I have run Ad-awareSE, SpyBot, CW Shredder, Kill2me, and even tried about:Buster and HSRemove, and McAfee virus scan. Nothing seems to help get rid of it. I don't consider myself computer illerate, but my son thinks I am! Could someone help me. I have downloaded Hijack This, and run a log that I have saved, but don't know what to do with it. Thanks!!
