RTVSCAN.exe consuming 50% CPU

After my fresh installation of Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.5002.333, my cpu consumption increases to 50 % without any reason. I am not scanning anything. Even scheduled scan are running every week & not every day. If I delete the process rtvscan.exe from task manager - it again appears.

Please help me in resolving the issue
