I have a computer with a rootkit infection. TDSSKiller calls it rootkit.win32.Zaccess.k, says it has been cured but is still there. Norton Internet Security calls it TIDServ Activity 2. When I run NPE or FixTDSS.exe, at reboot the computer blue screens so never runs scan. I need to go back to last good configuration.

Is there a way to remove this?
