we have a problem with our server : sometimes the cpu is 100% and many cmd.exe processes multiply (about 1000 !)
here is the hijackthis report :

Removed - we do not permit logs anywhere other than directly in the Malware Removal forums.

This is not really the correct place to post a log - you should go to here and follow the instructions listed. You can pick up at step 2 since you have already done step 1.
