Lenovo bios is getting hang.

Sorry not sure what you mean! Are you saying the computer will not boot up?
Try tapping the Del key when you next power up, a guide @ http://www.hiren.inf...bios-boot-cdrom

It is booting but when we enter into bios set up it is getting hang. As i am also facing IRQL not less than or equal error(0x0000000A) so i thought if we update bios it may resolve all issue. I have attached the mini dump file.

Please advise.

Couple of suggestions for you;
Try removing your Ram, blowing out the slot and reseating it securely and pull the CMOS battery for a few moments and then replace it, this will restore the MBs factory default settings so if you get the system working you will need to reset the time and date in the BIOS "how to enter the BIOS" below; Do you have the OS or installation disk that may have been provided with the PC?

To change Boot Sequence in your BIOS
Reboot the system and at the first post screen (where it is counting up memory) start tapping the DEL button
This will enter you into the BIOS/CMOS
Find the Advanced area and click Enter
Look for Boot Sequence or Boot Options and highlight that click Enter
Now highlight the first drive and follow the directions on the bottom of the screen on how to modify it and change it to CD drive
Change the second drive to the C or Main Drive
Once that is done then click F10 to Save and Exit
You will prompted to enter Y to verify Save and Exit. Click Y and the system will now reboot with the new settings.

Thanks to rshaffer61 for the .jpeg

i am also facing IRQL not less than or equal error(0x0000000A

Possible causes include bad Ram, bad BIOS and a corrupt HDD or OS, flashing the BIOS is the last resort because if it goes wrong your MB will be rendered useless.

But I have tried everything you have stated below but its still hanging in Bios

What do you mean, as what is displayed on the screen when the system freezes?

when we enter in high boot priority.

Again what do you mean by this? A high boot priority is when you change the settings so that a program has priority over other programs at start up.

Also getting Blue dump error 0x0000000A

Which may suggest that the issue occurs after the BIOS!
Try removing your Ram, blowing out the slots and reseating the Ram securely, try both slots if you have to.

An example BIOS screen;
