Nos 7,8 and 9.
You can also uninstall any programs that I have asked to use along the way, be sure to use any uninstall tools provided with the software.
Use Windows own defrag tool as opposed to a 3rd party one as this will free up some more space
Mac may also come back with some pointers for you.
Just to add, do you actually use Radio Rage?

as my colleague phillpower2 says.
Also those start up items 4jr are the mindspark toolbar - I have never heard of it and the more toolbars and BHO (Browser Helper Objects) you have running the longer IE takes to load. Tools tab - Manage Add-ons
I use Google.co.uk for my home page as it carries few if any adverts
I would try google as your home page unless you especially like the one you have if it loaded with adverts - it takes longer to load - eg here is google and then we have MSN
and YES once you are sure you have all delete all users and the old windows installation
If some refuse to delete it is sometimes easier simply to move them to a new folder
"remnants from old"
or whatever, than tyring such as Revo unistaller etc.
RESTORE POINT FIRST PLEASE

I disabled the toolbar per your suggestion and that did seem to speed it up a bit, I'll also try a different home page. Can you refresh my memory on how to delete the old OS and it's users? Thanks

Thats great news did you manage to delete most of the old installations
If so I would now recommend a general clean up
Disk cleanup
TFC - Temp File cleaner
http://www.geekstogo...er-by-oldtimer/
and check for defrag.
