Computers Sending SPAM across Work Network

Hi guys simple problem but major at the same time. I have 7 pc's running at work and 1 server. 3 Pc's are sending out SPAM emails and i don't know where to begin in order to stop it.

Pick one of the PCs that is sending out spam.

Download OTL from
http://www.geekstogo...timers-list-it/
and Save it to your desktop.

Run OTL (Vista or Win 7 => right click and Run As Administrator)

select the All option in the Extra Registry group then Run Scan.

You should get two logs. Please copy and paste both of them.
