Yesterday i was unable to access my hotmail account, as it stated that it was blocked!! I've had the same account for over 10 years and never had any issues. I followed third procedures without any luck.

I've submitted my mobile phone number on a number of occasions but not received a text. Also completed the security info regarding account details such as folders and recently sent e-mails.

It's my primary e-mail address so I am quite desperate to access it.

What is my next stage?
