Desktop was taken over the Trojan-Spy.html.SmitFraud.c "Blue Screen of Death" . I've tried Ad-aware, Spybot, AVG, Microsoft Service Pack, Microsoft Anti-Spy, ect.

I am able to replace the desktop screen with an image of my choice, but there are only 3 menus under the "Properties" dialog box instead of the normal 5.
