Toshiba G810 handphone failed to connect to PC

My Handphone is Toshiba G810, running on Windows Mobile 6.1 and my PC is running on Windows 7 Ultimate. When using Windows XP my handphone can connect to my PC, but recently when I upgrade my PC to Windows 7 it failed to connect. Windows Mobile Center indicate that there is no connection even if I changed to different USB ports.Things that I have done in identify the problems
1) I have changed to a new USB cable
2) I have disable both Firewall and antivirus program(I am using ESET antivirus program)
3) I have switch off and on again both my PC and handphone.
Anyone can help me?
