Edit: I've decided that it'll just be best to reinstall windows 7. An admin or someone should probably delete this post unless I can.

Additionally, I don't have otl or really anything else like that except mbam, superantispyware, and kaspersky. For a few days, on Tuesday til like Thursday, I could be able to download any programs I'll need because I'll be able to use a different computer and I could put them on a USB. I'd rather get it done with asap but if I have to I can wait till then to download these programs.
