I hope someone is able to help me! I'm about to go crazy!!!

I am not able to connect to the iTunes store on my Mac, AppleTV, HP/Windows computer, iPhone 3 and iPhone 4.
My internet provider says nothing is wrong on their end because I have access to my Wifi/internet.
Apple says that it is not a problem on their end either. But how can I be having the SAME problems on both a Mac and a PC and other devices?

When I 'Ping" www.itunes.com, it comes back as:

Ping has started…

PING itunes.com (17.172.224.35): 56 data bytes
Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
Request timeout for icmp_seq 1
Request timeout for icmp_seq 2
Request timeout for icmp_seq 3
Request timeout for icmp_seq 4
Request timeout for icmp_seq 5
Request timeout for icmp_seq 6
Request timeout for icmp_seq 7
Request timeout for icmp_seq 8

--- itunes.com ping statistics ---
10 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100.0% packet loss

My firewall is "open" and allows all incoming connections.
I don't have any anti-virus programs on my Mac.

I don't know what to do!!

Thank you so much in advance for ANY help!!!
