Can you right click on your C: drive and then choose Explore, again provide us with a screenshot.
You cannot do very much with a 10GB HDD before it fills up Im afraid, don`t forget the Xp service packs and all other updates over the years.

Nothing there that shouldn`t be there, see the window to the left, if you click on the + signs next to the folders that are also in the main window you will be surprised how much data that those folders contain, fitting a bigger C: drive is recommended if you can.
