I've downloaded, installed and run all programs in the "Required steps before posting your log" and I still can't get rid of this pest. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really don't relish doing a reformat and reinstall of everything!

You guys must be swamped. After six days of waiting for a reply, I couldn't wait any longer. I reformatted and reinstalled everything. Thanks anyway....
