Hello,

My friend's daughter has an HP Mini 110 running Windows 7 start-up. Several months ago, the computer slowed down, had popups and then lost internet connectivity. Someone looked at it, still no help and now it's in my hands.

I ran Malwarebytes and 226 items were removed. Everything under 'network adapters' in device manager has the yellow exclamation point. Properties of any of them shows status of 'This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)'.

It did not come with any Windows CD's, but the Window's sticker is on the computer. I do not have a portable DVD burner to make recovery discs.

Thank you for any help!
