Very quiet microphone

Hi. Some weeks ago, I've started my computer as usual, called a friend on skype and SURPRISE! He didn't hear almost any sound. I have a roccat kave 5.1 headset. It is working on any other computer, and my old microphone is working on this computer. I have checked ALL the sound card options and nothing. All set to the highest possible volume.
I've tried to get help in another forum, but no one replied.
My sound card: Realtek High Definition Audio.
