I have used your services before, following the malware guides I have been successful at recovering my pc. The issue that I have at hand is no internet connection. The message I get is "not able to sutomatically detect the proxy settings". I have checked the proxy settings, and the same thing. I went to do a system restore, and it only had one point, and when selecting that point, it said it was a error.
I can not connect to the internet to update with my current security program. I can not even follow the tutorial because I can not connect to the internet. Can you help?
