1. I cannot open Task Manager. I have tried to Enable it through various links found on other forums and no luck.
2. I am unable to run McAfee program. I tried uninstalling to re-install, but no there is not enough Memory available.
3. The computer has 256MB of memory but only 12-35MB available. The computer is only used for simple word processing and occaisional email and internet surfing.
I downloaded the OTL program. It opens, but the the scan won't start.
I think I just need to remove the Malware and things should work better but I need help.
I've downloaded the Hijack This program and can upload the log file if needed. thanks.
