Im having trouble sending my OTL txt for you guys to help me . It keeps saying Internet Explorer cannot display page plz page

this is the only way I can send it to you by attachment . Wont let me do it the other way .When I open My internet another browser opens with ads . I ran the eset cleaner it said i had a win32sirefef.DA trojan .. I would appreciate any help thank you very much
