Mac Mouse Problem

Computer starts just fine, even logs in just fine, but once logged in... it goes to my desktop like normal, then finder opens Pictures folder, mouse arrow moves around like it is supposed to, but will NOT click left nor right. Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks
